Meanwhile George plans a romantic night in for him and Eileen but she's furious, pointing out that he was meant to take her and Julie to the lake for a day out. The girls get a cab and take in the view by the lake. Julie sends Eileen off to the refreshment van but when she returns, she finds Julie lying on her back with her eyes closed.

A drunken Theo walks down the street and is set upon by Mick, who picks a fight and pushes him up against a wall as a horrified Billy watches. Ronnie soon sends Mick packing as an emotional Theo breaks down to Billy.
