TNT Sports has renewed its deal for the Australian Football League and will show every Aussie Rules game live in the 2025 season.
The broadcaster has also gained the rights to the 2025 Supercars Championship, based in Australia and New Zealand, with all races airing live on discovery+ and highlights going out on the TNT Sports linear channels.
As for Aussie Rules, every game will also be shown live via discovery+ and select games will be broadcast on linear, starting with the season-opener between Brisbane and Geelong on March 5.
Trojan Paillot, svp of sports rights acquisitions at Warner Bros. Discovery Sports Europe, said: "We're thrilled to welcome the Supercars Championship to TNT Sports as well as renewing our partnership with the AFL, continuing to showcase some of Australia's top sports to viewers in the United Kingdom.
"These iconic championships and competitions further strengthen TNT Sports' offering of premium live content from across the world, adding even more sport to our outstanding portfolio which is available via discovery+."
The new deals come ahead of the closure of the Eurosport channels in the UK and Ireland on February 28, with all of the stations' content switching over to TNT and discovery+.
