Henry Southan admits that he is "heartbroken" following his split from fellow Big Brother star Jordan Sangha.

Big Brother star Henry Southan has admitted that he is feeling "heartbroken" following his split from Jordan Sangha last week.

In a shock announcement, the pair informed fans that they had decided to go their separate ways after meeting in the BB house 17 months ago.

Updating fans on how he is coping, the 26-year-old wrote on Instagram: "Hello, I just wanted to say a genuine thank you for all the kind, thoughtful messages today. I'm trying not to look at too much online as it makes me anxious."

He added: "Truthfully, I'm heartbroken. This was my first relationship, and it's incredibly painful to see it come to an end. Today has been one of the hardest days of my life, but I'm hopeful that things will get better with time.

"I know there's always going to be chatter when something like this happens - all I'll say is that I loved deeply, stayed true to myself, gave it everything I could, and I'm hurting a lot right now. Thank you again for all the kindness. It means more than you know."
